We're seeking a part-time, experienced Order Entry/Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to; entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, and supporting website sales. 

Time would be divided between processing orders each morning and handling customer service issues in the afternoon.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks ideal

• EDI and/or Inventory management software experience preferred but not required

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Experience working remote

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task

• Customer service experience ideal

• High-speed internet. Two monitors required

• While hours can be flexible, must be able to process orders daily each morning

• Quiet location to make calls to customers

Salary $20-25/hr, around 10 hours a week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order & Data Entry

  • Processing daily orders from our EDI system into Quickbooks

  • Processing Amazon Vendor Central orders 

  • Calculate costs to ship LTL orders and enter into Excel

  • Run Quickbooks reports to monitor order status

  • Monitoring warehouse to confirm orders ship on time

• Customer Service 

  • Use Live Agent Customer Support Software to respond to customer issues

  • Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues

  • Use Asana to enter issues and arrange replacement part delivery 

  • Enter and track shipping claims with Fedex

  • Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested
