Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established policies and procedures.
  • Being able to respond to customer calls and emails during business hours.
    You would work approximately two 2 hour shifts per day. Morning and late afternoon. Estimated 4 hours total per day, 5 days a week.
  • Partnering with the Shipping Department to make sure all requests have been completed correctly. 
  • Listening, documenting, and helping resolve conflicts with customers. Then, documenting the patterns and queries that may indicate a larger problem with the product or service that needs to be resolved.
  • Providing feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
  • Managing Amazon refunds and returns.

 

Approximately 20 hours/week.
$20/hr

Qualifications

The right person for this position will have the following skills/experience: 

  • Access to high-speed internet.
  • Dual screen computer monitors.
  • A quiet space to make outgoing calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-driven, with the ability to handle calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.
  • A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.
  • Experience in telephone customer service, including sales, tech support and/or customer care. 
  • Must be comfortable navigating/ learning multiple computer systems
  • Asana experience ideal
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote location
