Job Description

The Reejig Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for both new logo acquisition and upsells and cross-sells into your book of customers (land and expand). You will diagnose and solution across multiple use cases to ensure our customers achieve the outcomes they’re after and realise the value of our Workforce Intelligence platform. As an early sales hire, we’ll expect active networking, building rapport and credibility with your clients, and creating urgency by quantifying their pain. You will be open to new ideas and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that pivots quickly on our quest for go-to-market fit and scale.

Your part of Zero Wasted Potential your responsibilities include

  • As a hunter, you will both secure new logo business through all means at your disposal and expand your customer's usage/spend with us from new divisions, markets, and products/modules.

  • Strategic account planning for expansion opportunities.

  • Conduct virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, getting wide and deep into often complex accounts, building consensus, and negotiating/closing license and professional services agreements with large enterprises.

  • Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • You will coordinate with marketing and inside sales resources to create strategy, messaging, and materials specific to your assigned territory.

Qualifications

We are only looking for top producers who consistently deliver results in the form of quota over achievement. You’re a regular at President’s Club and you have the trophy case to prove it. 

You are a highly energized and motivated individual with an entrepreneur's tenacity and grit as you help the world’s top companies solve very strategic workforce challenges around moving to a more agile workforce - upskilling, reskilling, mobility, hiring, and retention. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and have a “whatever it take to get it done” mentality.

Your Toolbox Includes:

  • Highly successful sales experience in Enterprise Applications with a proverbial Rolodex of former customers in the HR technology space you can tap into.

  • 5+ years enterprise/cloud software sales experience ($300K+ ACVs), comfortable presenting and selling software at the C-level (SAAS experience is a must)

  • Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to all levels of management and across multiple buyer personas

  • Previous training in complex enterprise selling methodologies like Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC, SPICED, etc. is a huge plus

  • Ability to successfully work from a home office environment and travel at least 30% when travel returns

  • You’re smart, strategic, analytical, humble, personable, competitive, and fun to be around and work with

All roles are remote so the location is flexible.
