Job Description

We are looking for an awesome B2B Marketing Manager to join the Reejig Marketing team. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with our sales and customer success team to build and drive account based marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working in B2B enterprise marketing campaigns across offline and online. We are after someone who is passionate about HR tech, can work in a fast-paced environment and is up for an amazing experience as we expand globally. 

As B2B Marketing Manager your part of #zerowastedpotential includes

  • Working closely with the CMO, Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success to develop and implement integrated account based marketing strategies, designed to generate high potential/high growth leads and maximise revenue
  • Delivering multi-channel campaigns targeted at our key accounts (both prospective and existing customers) across all media channels
  • Planning, organising and run events for prospects and customers across in-person (roundtables), webinars and external events (conferences) including pre and post event activities
  • Planning and managing all industry award submissions
  • Identifying and managing sponsorship opportunities with online publications, podcasts etc., and plan and book all media across ANZ, driving effective negotiations with key publishers and content owners
  • Championing the Reejig brand and guide activities to support increased brand awareness and consideration.
  • Managing third party reviews of Reejig as well as affiliate marketing opportunities

Qualifications

 What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 4-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally gained in an HR tech company, however, open to broader SaaS experience if you are passionate about HR
  • Able to adapt, pivot and confident wearing multiple hats
  • Have a 'high bar' for attention to detail and organisation, so 'nothing slips through the cracks
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Exceptional planning and time-management skills
  • Integrated marketing and/or campaign experience
  • Collateral design skills, desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • A can-do, will-do, high-energy attitude
