As part of our account-based selling strategy, we are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Sales Development representative who is comfortable with fishing with spears, not a large net!

This role is a critical component of our growth plan. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and generating interest in Reejig by contacting prospects, presenting our solutions, and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the CEO, sales and marketing teams to ensure we operate seamlessly to build our pipeline of business.

As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will be the voice of Reejig, enabling them to understand how we can help them solve their most complex problems.

Job Description

The Role:

  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects 

  • Working in collaboration with your team to coordinate engagement strategies.

  • Building a pipeline of leads through identifying, researching, and generating new target prospects

  • Strategically engaging with, and prospecting key account targets

  • Become a subject matter expert of the Reejig™ offering to qualify potential customers

  • Converting target prospects to successful sales partnerships

  • Diligent and accurate Salesforce management

Qualifications

To be a successful member of the Reejig™ tribe, you will be an experienced sales development professional with the highest level of integrity and ethical standards

You value a consultative selling approach, which combined with enthusiasm, passion and energy for the product will make it easy for you to make a complex solution simple to understand.

Strong empathy and desire to improve business practices for our customers will make problem-solving second nature especially in a fast-growth, changing environment.

We’d love you to have previous SaaS sales experience in the HR industry, however it’s not absolutely necessary.
