They focus on cutting edge technology solutions and custom interactive development across web apps and websites in a fun environment.

This is an exciting new role in a growing agency!

We are looking for a Snr. UI Designer to lead the Design Department. You will be responsible for turning complex user interactions into compelling and intuitive user interfaces and coming up with creative design solutions for clients. A proven understanding of UX in Interface Design is important. We need someone who has the ability to interact with users and convert feedback into productive outcomes and experiences.

• Take the design lead on exciting projects
• $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
• Great Sydney CBD location

• Minimum 4 years experience in UI design, with examples of previous work (responsive, mobile, tablet design)
• Demonstrable proficiency in User Interface design, with an emphasis on behaviour design / UX
• Solid front end cutting / coding skills (HTML / CSS)
• Strong Photoshop skills with proficiency in Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with either Balsamiq, Mockflow, Axure or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for excellence
• Strong communication and time management skills
