About the Role

REDE Consulting is looking for a visionary ServiceNow IRM/GRC Architect to join our elite ServiceNow practice. With over 8 years of deep technical and functional experience, you will be the cornerstone of our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This is not just a technical role; you will be a strategic partner to our global clients, an architect of complex ecosystems, and a mentor to a growing team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for ServiceNow IRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM).

• Industry Expert: Design and deploy specialized solutions that meet the stringent regulatory requirements of the EU/US Financial (SOX, GDPR, DORA) or Pharma (GxP, HIPAA) sectors.

• Enterprise Integration: Architect seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise tools (e.g., Archer, SAP, Workday, or Cybersecurity suites) using IntegrationHub and APIs.

• Leadership & Growth: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of developers and consultants. Define best practices and coding standards for the practice.

• Client Engagement: Act as a lead participant in high-stakes client discussions, translating complex business risks into scalable technical roadmaps.

• On-site Presence: Willingness to travel to client sites (EU/US/APAC) on a need basis for workshops, discovery sessions, or critical project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of core ServiceNow experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to GRC/IRM modules.

• Proven track record of building IRM solutions for highly regulated global industries (Banking, Insurance, or Life Sciences).

• Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Risk Assessments, Entity Scoping, and Automated Evidence Collection.

• Certifications (A Huge Plus): * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (CIS-VRM)

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Lead (CAL)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
