The Mission

Your Impact:

• Design for Disaster: Architect and implement end-to-end BCP and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Inject Intelligence: Integrate AI and automation into continuity plans so they adapt in real-time to global threats.

• Global Strategy: Partner with C-suite stakeholders at world-class organizations to ensure their operations never skip a beat.

• Innovation Lab: Work alongside our AI devs to build "Intelligent Compliance" tools that predict disruptions before they happen.

Your Tech Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of deep, hands-on experience in ServiceNow BCM/BCP. You know BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and Recovery Plans like the back of your hand.

• The Badge: You hold relevant ServiceNow Certifications (CIS-BCM is a must; CIS-IRM is a huge plus).

• The Spark: You are genuinely excited about how AI can transform risk and resilience.
