As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects across our Enterprise Systems landscape, working with business and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

You'll play a key role in bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered with transparency, strong governance and lasting business value.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP projects, translating approved business initiatives into structured project plans and successfully delivering them from initiation through go-live and handover.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners to keep projects aligned, on track and focused on delivering value.
  • Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committees, managing project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decision-making while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while effectively managing external implementation partners and vendors where required.
  • Promote delivery excellence by applying the most suitable project methodology - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid - and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You bring 8+ years of experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects, ideally within environments covering Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, CRM or similar business domains.
  • You have experience managing large cross-functional initiatives and enjoy coordinating multiple workstreams, predominantly with internal stakeholders, while confidently engaging external partners when needed.
  • You are familiar with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies, and certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or experience as a Scrum Master are a strong advantage.
  • You enjoy creating structure in complex environments, communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and enabling teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
