About the role:
Do you enjoy improving complex processes and driving meaningful change across an international supply chain environment? As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying optimization opportunities, leading improvement initiatives, and shaping the future of our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Working closely with operational teams, supply chain stakeholders, and management, you will drive projects that enhance efficiency, service levels, quality, and scalability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining process thinking, project leadership, and innovation to create measurable business impact.
About your tasks:
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects that optimize supply chain performance across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational excellence.
- Drive initiatives focused on digitalization and automation, helping to improve workflows, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Translate operational challenges into practical improvement solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders across different departments.
- Support the continuous development of our supply chain organization through data-driven process optimization and sustainable performance improvements.
Qualifications
About you:
- You have experience in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or another comparable environment.
- You are familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, D365 and/or supply chain planning tools.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is considered an advantage.
- You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy taking ownership, and are comfortable managing stakeholders and projects in an international and fast-paced environment.
