Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale one of Europe’s fastest-growing Retail Media businesses at the intersection of health, pharmacy, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
As Senior Manager Retail Media Campaign Management (m/f/d), you will lead the strategic steering, prioritization, and performance management of Retail Media campaigns. This role goes beyond hands-on campaign execution and operational setup. The focus lies on strategically steering and prioritizing Retail Media campaigns while aligning commercial objectives, scalable planning, and measurable performance impact.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will establish scalable ways of working, align business priorities with operational feasibility, and lead a high-performing Campaign Management team within a fast-growing Retail Media environment.
About Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the Campaign Management team while fostering a proactive and performance-oriented setup.
- Translate commercial goals into clear media strategies, campaign plans, and scalable prioritization frameworks, routines and workflows.
- Steer and prioritize campaigns across the full lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and commercial impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and Business & Ad Operations to align commercial priorities with operational feasibility.
- Use campaign data, reporting, and performance insights to support business decisions and continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the further scaling of our Retail Media business by improving processes, operational clarity, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment.
Qualifications
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, media strategy, or a comparable commercial media environment, ideally within fast-paced or scaling organizations.
- Leadership experience in developing teams and managing priorities in dynamic environments with changing business demands.
- Strong expertise in media planning, budget allocation, campaign steering, pacing, measurement, and performance optimization with a clear focus on business impact and advertiser goals.
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, reporting, and performance insights to support strategic decisions and scalable campaign management.
- A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- A strong interest in building scalable processes and governance structures, ideally combined with exposure to Retail Media platforms, AdTech, Sponsored Products, attribution models, or self-service advertising solutions.
