About the role: 

As Senior Product Manager, B2B Marketplace (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the seller-facing side of our marketplace platform. Your focus will be on improving how sellers onboard, manage their assortments, and operate efficiently, ultimately contributing to marketplace growth and scalability. You will own outcomes, not just delivery. Your work will have a direct impact on seller activation, operational efficiency, and GMV. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure that product decisions are evidence-based and aligned with Redcare's overall product and business strategy.

About your tasks:

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for seller onboarding and seller tooling
  • Identify and prioritize the most impactful problems to solve, based on data, discovery, and business objectives
  • Lead product discovery, translating insights into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Drive improvements in seller onboarding speed, automation, and self-service capabilities
  • Own seller-facing tools end to end, ensuring they scale with marketplace growth
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver high-quality product solutions
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, and expected impact
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure product work delivers tangible business results

Qualifications

About you:

  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B platforms, marketplaces, or complex digital products
  • Strong experience connecting product work to business outcomes
  • Solid discovery skills, including problem analysis and hypothesis-driven validation
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
  • Experience operating in complex or regulated environments is a plus
  • A structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time.
