About the role:
Looking to make an impact while still studying? In this remote role, you’ll support our Italian team and gain valuable experience in international seller onboarding. It’s a great opportunity to contribute your ideas and help shape processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

About your tasks:

• Support the Italian team with varied day-to-day operations

• Handle seller inquiries through our ticket system and offer solutions

• Assist with onboarding new sellers to our platform

• Help improve onboarding materials in collaboration with the team

• Bring your ideas to improve and innovate our processes

About you:

• You are enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Management)

• You speak fluent Italian and have very good English skills

• You have a structured and independent work style

• You are comfortable working remotely and want to help shape things proactively
