About the role:

About your tasks:

• Support in order preparation and completion – Pharmaceutical check on picking and preparation of medications for shipment in compliance with regulations.

• Handling of medicines – Receiving, storing, and monitoring the expiration dates of medicinal products.

• Administrative support for the pharmacist – Maintaining dispensing documentation, batch records, and storing required documents.

• Order accuracy check before shipment – Verifying that all items in the order match the ordered medicines.

• Communication with customers and regulatory authorities – Handling inquiries regarding medications, legal requirements, and potential complaints or questions from customers.

About you:

• You have completed pharmaceutical training as a Pharmaceutical Assistant (m/f/d).

• You’re passionate about pharmaceutical work and enjoy advising customers – especially by phone.

• Your quick comprehension, accuracy, and strong sense of responsibility define your working style.

• You bring excellent Czech and English skills, plus confidence using MS Office and pharmacy systems.

• You are a team player because we achieve our goals together!
