About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our dynamic HR team. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll approach daily challenges with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. With no two days alike, this role offers both exciting challenges and opportunities for growth. While your primary focus will be advisory, you’ll also play an active role in strategic projects as part of the team. As a trusted partner to management, you will make a significant impact on the execution of our HR strategy.

About your tasks

  • Consult with managers and team leaders on a wide range of HR-related matters affecting their departments.
  • Annual Planning Support: Advise on key yearly processes such as preparing workforce plans for the Annual Operations Plan (AOP), merit rounds, and the performance review cycle.
  • Help shape optimal departmental structures, appropriate job profiles, salary scales, and grading systems.
  • Support employee growth through development programs for high potentials, improvement plans, and, where necessary, mediation in conflicts.
  • Provide guidance on legal and labor law questions, collective labor agreements (CAO), and ensure accurate application of HR policies. Propose updates as necessary.
  • Participate in various meetings with stakeholders, ranging from HR BP discussions with peers in other countries to department and Works Council meetings.

Qualifications

About You

To thrive in this dynamic role, you have significant experience in a similar international environment and a bachelor’s degree, ideally in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations.
  • 1-2 years working experience in HR with knowledge in HR policy, projects, and change management.
  • You adapt easily between different levels and are a strong partner for the business. With your engaging and energetic personality, you create a positive work environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
  • Available to work full-time.
