About the role:
Do you have a passion for Supply Chain Management? Join our team and lead the Demand & Supply Chain Planning Team for our Belgium and French market to ensure the optimal availability of products for our international webshops. Your focus will be on continuously improving end-to-end processes, implementing innovative supply planning and inventory strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of Redcare Pharmacy from a supply chain perspective.
Job Description
About your tasks:
- Lead and develop the Demand & Supply Planning Team, enhance their planning capabilities, and provide agile support for tactical business requirements and daily operations.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Demand & Supply Planning with a focus on operational excellence.
- Identify operational gaps and risks, establish standards for risk mitigation measures, and support your Team in achieving their goals.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with departments such as Strategic Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers.
- Continuously develop our supply chain by contributing to projects, for example, in collaboration with our Supply Chain Excellence Team.
Qualifications
About you:
- You have at least 2–3 years (more experience is welcome!) of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- You possess relevant knowledge and experience in supply planning, order and receipt processing, and inventory management within a commercial organization.
- You demonstrate leadership skills, are a self-starter and quick learner, and have strategic thinking abilities to drive operational excellence.
- You have expertise in ERP and planning software as well as analytical skills for risk mitigation and problem identification.
- Proficiency in both French (at least B2) and English is required.
