About the role:

As a Department Lead, you'll drive efficiency, optimize processes, and lead a dynamic team to success. With your expertise in logistics and process optimization, you’ll ensure smooth operations and set new standards in quality and performance. Ready to make an impact? About your tasks:

• Lead and manage one of our logistics departments in the central warehouse.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize our storage and shipping processes.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously improve our logistical processes and implement best practices.

About you:

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to production and process optimization, as well as implementing efficiency improvements and driving change.
• You possess strong leadership skills along with excellent team and communication abilities.
• You are well-versed in key performance indicators (KPIs) and can use them to efficiently manage your department.
• You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
