About Your Role: 

With over 120,000 packages per day, our logistics department is one of our most crucial teams. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in our team and growth. You will ensure the right people are in the right place by: 

• Following up with applicants and guiding them through the application process. 
• Scheduling interview days and ensuring a smooth process. 
• Giving engaging presentations and tours on interview days. 
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates. 
• Handling the complete administrative process of recruitment and selection. 

About You: 

• Experience as an employment consultant, recruiter, or a similar role. 
• Affinity with the logistics sector. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Fluent in Dutch, with English and/or German as a plus. 
• An enthusiastic and proactive attitude. 
• The ability to multitask and stay organized.
