About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful decisions with data. As a Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d), you’ll work closely with a talented team to develop innovative solutions, enabling Redcare Pharmacy to deliver a top-tier experience to our customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping our Data & AI strategy and unlocking valuable insights to support our business growth.

About your tasks:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Use statistical methods, machine learning models, and advanced techniques to solve high-impact problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and model deployment.
• Provide actionable insights using cutting-edge techniques in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and innovation.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools applied in a business environment
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Proven ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
