About the Role:

As a Recruiting Intern at Redcare Pharmacy, you will have a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of talent acquisition. You’ll work closely with our skilled recruiters and HR colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in scaling our organization from a talent acquisition perspective. Your role will be diverse, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and offering a blend of candidate-facing interactions and strategic internal collaborations.

About your tasks: 

• Collaborate with Recruiters and HR Colleagues: Work hand in hand with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition.
• Learn and Execute Recruitment Processes: Assist in executing and optimizing processes for recruiting new team members.
• Participate in Recruitment Software Implementation: Get involved in implementing and improving our recruitment software and tools.
• Candidate Interaction: Engage in candidate-facing activities, ensuring a positive experience for all potential new hires.
• Work with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers from different departments to understand their needs and assist in the recruitment process.
• Optimize Recruitment Strategies: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and practices.

• Passion for HR topics, especially Talent Acquisition: A keen interest in learning about and working in the field of recruitment and HR.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in german and english.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with others.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
