The targeted hiring range for this position is $11.13 - $14.04 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages, ensuring prompt, high-quality service.
- This position requires the knowledge or willingness to learn cocktail mixology, elevated wines and high end liquors.
- Assist guests by providing information about food, drinks, hotel services, and local attractions to enhance their stay.
- Support the cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas.
- Manage transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile financials at shift end.
- Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service for guests and events.
Available to work Wednesday - Saturday evenings.
Qualifications
2 years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred; Strong communication skills; Basic computer skills and experience with POS Systems (preferred); Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency; Friendly, cooperative, and adaptable; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively; Eagerness to learn and maintain product knowledge through ongoing education.
