Job Description

This role is a Hy flex work arrangement:  Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.

Red Wing Brands of America is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Sales Enablement team. The Contracts Administrator is a trusted partner that provides comprehensive support to a variety of people, including our sales organization, by promoting standardization and mitigating corporate risk.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintains and manages contract records and folders in company systems.
  • Prepares contract-related support tasks such as completing vendor set-up forms.
  • Provide administrative support by processing and maintaining sales agreements.
  • Ensures that contracts align with established company policies.
  • Reviewing purchase orders to ensure consistency with account’s terms.
  • Works closely with the sales team members to ensure consistent and accurate contract information in salesforce.com (SFDC) and related systems.
  • Assists sales teams in the preparation and submission of supporting documents for bids.
  • Process and tracks completion of dealer development forms for new and renewal dealer opportunities.
  • Provides administrative support for Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and other corporate supplier questionnaires.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience directly supporting internal and/or external customers in a legal, sales or account management environment. Plus, a minimum of one year working in salesforce.com.

Qualified candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication including the ability to effectively communicate and interface with all levels of employees, as well as external customers; Excellent time management skills; Capable of handling and appropriately prioritizing requests from multiple sources, in a timely manner; Strong organizational skills; Ability to work independently and also take direction from multiple people; Ability to import and export data between systems; Comfortable working independently with contracts, bids, and quotes; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the ability to learn and become proficient at using other technology tools as required.
