Job Description

The Customer Experience Advisor is the main Client interface with the company and is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable management of client contracts to the mutual benefit of the client and the company.

Responsible for the management of specifically allocated client contracts. 

Receipt and accurate processing of client purchase orders generating these into sales orders.

Close liaison with support departments and co-ordinate activities to ensure consistent delivery of contract obligations.

Promote good client relationships with existing and future potential clients on a professional level. 

Provide accurate product and stock information to clients to help them meet their specific order requirements.

Prepare and deliver sales quotations.

Establish and maintain high standards of technical, product and operational knowledge.

Respond promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries. Prioritize queries to complete in a timely manner maintaining customer service levels high at all times.

Ensure accurate stock allocation at all times, if there is a requirement for additional stock, this should be managed accordingly, updating customer on delays on any items on back order.

Assists in planning the dispatch of finished goods to ensure goods delivered to clients in a timely manner and in line with client contractual expectations.

Expedite orders daily in accordance with company expectations and deadlines.

Update company database with fixed prices.

Handle and resolve customer complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Prepare and process customer invoicing, ensuring all information is accurate. Where goods are exported

Local authority for purchasing stock and ad hoc items for client order fulfillment.

Working with the wider European procurement team to ensure that all expediting activities are completed and all information on the ERP system is accurate.

 

Qualifications

·       Minimum of 2 years’ relevant Customer Service experience.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Strong administrative skills.

·       Good IT skills.

·       Good numerical skills.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Adaptability & flexibility
