The Retail Operations Specialist is responsible for the support of Global Retail strategic initiatives and objectives by providing assistance to the team in the areas of retail store and mobile shoe truck operations, vendor relationship management, and related project management execution.   In addition this role supports and monitors business processes to ensure compliance and accuracy, while providing recommendations for operational efficiencies.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, and at least two years related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Candidates will have the demonstrated ability to get results through team work and collaboration; Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication including the ability to effectively communicate and interface with all levels of employees, as well as external partners and vendors; Results oriented and capable of handling and appropriately prioritizing work; Ability to plan, organize and drive to support the execution of retail operational projects; Resourceful and demonstrates a high level of independence and initiative to take on challenges as they arise, solving problems or escalating concerns to the appropriate individuals; Lean thinking with the ability to identify the need and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong emphasis in Excel
