Job Description

The Change & Learning Leader is responsible to lead and implement our change leadership framework, including training and adoption strategies, for key business initiatives across the enterprise. This person will partner with business process owners, internal and external subject matter experts, and other stakeholders on a local, national and global level to achieve the business results. As the change leader for key initiatives, this role will assess the change impact, identify what’s changing for individual roles, then design and execute change leadership plans to ensure project team effectiveness and stakeholder readiness, communication and adoption.  As teacher/trainer, this role will build comprehensive learning plans including relevant learning assets, deliver inspirational and impactful learning experiences that produce results. This role ensures adoption by the selling enterprise through continuous teaching, coaching, mentoring, analyzing, planning, organizing, recommending, creating, collaborating. 

Qualifications

B.S. /B.A. Degree in Business, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Change Leadership or related area, and minimum of 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree desirable. Candidates must also have experience as a practitioner in organization effectiveness, adult learning theory, change leadership, instructional design, and learning content creation and delivery; experience working with Cornerstone On Demand Learning or other learning management systems; experience developing and implementing programs at all levels of the organization; previous experience in footwear retail and manufacturing environments is preferred.

The right candidate will have the proven ability to be an inspirational and effective teacher; Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed organization; Ability to assess, create, deploy learning plans and measure effectiveness of learning initiatives; Agile, change-oriented mindset with change leadership abilities; Innovative, creative and willing to try new ways of doing things, coupled with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to easily translate complex technical and business process into consumable deliverables; Prioritizes and executes in a fast paced, high-pressure environment; Proficient using content authoring, learning delivery, collaboration and communication tools such as Articulate Storyline, Movavi, Audacity, WebEx Training, SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, Eloqua or related technology; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

This job requires travel both domestically and internationally, and candidates will need a USA passport.
