We are hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift, full-time positions.

We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions. These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.

REGULAR WORKING HOURS:

2nd shift Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am.

Second shift starting wage is $17.80/hour with advancement potential up to $21.37/hour after 18 months

*Overtime may be required which could extend these working hours, including Friday and Saturday.

We will train for all positions, no previous experience required. Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.

All offers of employment are contingent on satisfactory results of a background check and physical exam which includes a drug screen.
