We are hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift, full-time positions.
We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions.These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.
REGULAR WORKING HOURS:
1st Shift:Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm and Fridays 6:00am-Noon
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am.
First shift starting wage is $15.55/hour
Second shift starting wage is $16.33/hour
These rates increases by $1.00/hour after you work for us for 6 months.
Some positions increase even more at 12 months and 18 months
*Overtime may be required for Production Operators which could extend these working hours.
We will train for all positions, no previous experience required. Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
