Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be responsible for successfully launching and positioning one of Red Points’ products.

Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Director the PMM will define and validate target audiences and go-to-market strategies, gather feedback, and be an evangelist for Red Points’ technology both internally and externally. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of product marketing success within a software company, and be able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the rest of the Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the research of market segments to actively pursue the definition of buying personas and their hierarchy of needs.
  • Conduct and maintain up-to-date competitive benchmarks and product alternative analysis.
  • Help develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate Red Points’ products in the market.
  • Lead the successful launch of new products and features by ensuring sales readiness and market awareness.
  • Enable all business-development functions to successfully bring Red Points’ offerings to the market through the right resources, including pitch decks, brochures, cheat sheets, FAQs, and more.
  • Gather and digest market feedback about Red Points’ products.
  • Help position Red Points as a thought leader in the brand intelligence space.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Driven, self-starter, comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Impeccable work ethic, humble but confident.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing or product management experience in the B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record in developing highly effective sales presentations and collateral.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
