Job Description
We are currently looking for interns to be part of our Internship program in the Revenue Operations team. This is an opportunity to join our team and learn how to prevent online fraud.
As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to analyze data, support sales processes, and contribute to strategic projects that drive revenue growth. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations and develop skills that are essential for a career in business operations or sales.
This is a paid internship position. Interested candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university.
The Role:
- Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management processes.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- English fluency is a must.
- Tech-savvy: you easily learn how to work with new tools. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
