This is an opportunity to shape how intelligence professionals access, share, and manage critical information. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who thrives in high-stakes environments, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and excels at translating mission requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, test, and implement enterprise-wide SharePoint solutions that meet mission-critical requirements
  • Develop custom web-oriented applications, coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces optimized for the SharePoint environment
  • Partner directly with customers and stakeholders to design, prototype, and refine SharePoint user interfaces that enhance usability and mission effectiveness
  • Build, configure, and deploy workflows using Power Automate, Nintex, or native SharePoint workflow engines
  • Lead content and data migrations from legacy SharePoint versions to modern systems, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity
  • Analyze, plan, document, and execute comprehensive migration strategies including site structure analysis, content mapping, and metadata alignment
  • Perform rigorous system testing, validation, and quality assurance to confirm successful implementation of all SharePoint solutions

Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)
  • Education: Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 13 years of experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development, architecture, or engineering experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Certified: Developer Associate, SharePoint Developer/Administrator)
  • Proficiency with workflow technologies such as Power Automate, Nintex, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, develop UI/UX concepts, and produce comprehensive technical documentation

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards and cloud-based SharePoint integrations (Azure, GCC High, etc.)
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
  • Proven customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges
