You will be at the center of innovation and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the evolving needs of the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC).

As the Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project performance—technical execution, contractual compliance, and administrative operations—while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts, stakeholders, and government leaders. Your strategic planning and hands-on leadership will empower teams to overcome roadblocks, ensure smooth project delivery, and maintain alignment with DIA’s evolving mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of high-visibility IT projects, ensuring delivery across technical, administrative, and contractual domains

  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to clarify requirements and drive execution

  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, impediments, and challenges to maintain project momentum

  • Guide technical teams with clear direction and remove roadblocks to accelerate delivery and mission success

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, implementation roadmaps, and documentation in support of government oversight

  • Monitor and control project scope, cost, schedule, and performance; deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders

  • Support early-stage project identification, requirements evaluation, and concept validation with key customers

  • Ensure consistent communication, task resolution, and documentation for all programmatic taskers and milestones

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI Polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced training in management consulting preferred

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

  • 6+ years of experience managing complex IT programs within DoD and/or the Intelligence Community

  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and successfully deliver technical projects in high-pressure environments

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, SharePoint, Visio, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
