Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a PMO Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the company’s Contracts, Finance, Growth, Operations, Security, HR, and Compliance teams. This position is essential for ensuring accurate and consistent project information and system settings while contributing to organizational success through exceptional project management and administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project kickoffs by preparing critical documents, briefings, and tracking tools, ensuring proper system configuration.
- Maintain and verify project data for accuracy, including staffing, labor categories, billing rates, and cost structures.
- Track project-specific onboarding and training requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support project close-out activities, including funding verification and lessons learned documentation.
- Develop and maintain standardized project documentation, such as project management plans, quality control plans, work breakdown structures, and risk logs.
- Support portfolio managers, program managers, and executive teams with project information and reporting needs.
- Monitor project schedules, time charging compliance, and deliverables, identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
- Prepare monthly program status reports for Program Management Reviews and other key meetings.
Additional Duties:
- Assist security teams with personnel actions, tracking onboarding/offboarding tasks, foreign travel, and security reinvestigations.
- Support internal quality assurance audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance with ISO, CMMI, and CMMC standards.
- Maintain and organize quality, service, and information security management systems documentation.
- Assist with external audits and appraisals for quality, service management, and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Must be willing and able to travel to the company’s headquarters in Chantilly, VA, if required.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; project management or government contracting experience preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
