Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a skilled IT Program Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Reston, VA. This role demands a highly strategic and critical thinker who excels in both written and oral communication and can thrive in a dynamic environment. The IT Program Analyst will be responsible for managing IT resources, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulations. This is a key role for someone with deep IT program management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT resource management.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and IT equipment/services.
  • Develop and manage service agreements, invoices, and cost recovery efforts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of resource utilization and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage procurement processes for IT resources and services.
  • Optimize resource utilization and reduce waste through strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass a CI Poly.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with a minimum subset of 7 of the years providing specialized experience with information technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required. 
  • DoD and IC experience is desired.
  • Familiar with Information Technology (IT) terminology (software and hardware).
  • Familiar with contract development. Experience with Contract Management System (CMS) tool desired. 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
