Job Description

Join The Red Gate Group in Arlington, VA, as a Program Manager supporting the Office of Bombing Prevention (OBP) within CISA. In this role, you will lead efforts to protect critical infrastructure by developing and implementing policies and strategies to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate bombing incidents.

The Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) leads and coordinates efforts to protect life and critical infrastructure by building capabilities within the general public and across the public and private sectors to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate improvised explosive device (IED) incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of existing policy documents and develop multi-agency policy and strategy foundations.
  • Develop documentation, correspondence, and briefing materials to support OBP operations.
  • Drive internal and external dissemination of mission values, programs, products, and services.
  • Implement cost control measures for project requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and participate in workshops, conferences, and outreach events.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track project progress.
  • Direct project staff and interface with federal employees, including the COR.
  • Manage project deliverables from the Arlington, VA location.
  • Conduct frequent meetings with project staff and management to review task plans and deliverables.
  • Lead daily synchronization efforts with federal employees and act as the single point of contact for project implementation.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance 
  • Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience performing the same or similar tasks described in the SOW.

    • C-IED policy development and implementation, including planning and analysis
    • Develop, track, update, and communicate to various stakeholders analytic metrics
    • Lead engagement strategy by developing and disseminating through multiple media landscapes
    • Plan, execute, and participate in workshops, conferences, and other outreach events

       

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with the Joint Program Office for C-IED.
  • Must have a diverse network of interagency C-IED connections.
  • Must have at least one year of direct experience supporting an organization in CISA and familiarity and experience with recent CISA Branding requirements.
  • Experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and presentations and briefing clients and management personnel.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining complex, long-term project management activities, including but not limited to: 

    • Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and support labor categories
    • Develop  and manage budgets and funding strategies
