While providing Tier III network support, you will regularly interface with other Tier III Engineering teams to apply thorough diagnostic techniques when identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues throughout the network. Collaboration with other Tier III Engineering teams will also be required when standing up or integrating new network capabilities. Network asset management will be performed to maintain active licenses, up-to-date images, and hardware life cycles of all network infrastructure devices. As a member of a team, the Network Engineer will be expected to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures based on known issues and/or recent outages.
