Job Description

Join our team in Arlington, VA, as a Program Analyst and contribute to the Department of the Navy's Insider Threat Program. Your role involves providing executive- and basic-level services, including strategic analyses, senior leadership briefings, and programmatic support. Leverage your expertise to develop policies, procedures, and guidance documents, supporting the Navy's mission to prevent, detect, deter, and mitigate Insider Threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement products within the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy framework to support the Navy's Insider Threat mission.
  • Assess compliance of the Navy's Insider Threat Program and produce briefings and analysis reports.
  • Evaluate insider threat-related technologies, controls, and procedures for standardization and interoperability opportunities.
  • Implement continuous evaluation activities and user activity monitoring for Navy personnel and classified systems.
  • Analyze best practices to develop recommendations for deploying insider threat mitigation capabilities across the Navy information systems architecture.
  • Develop strategic communications, education plans, and products for Navy workforce awareness of insider threats and Navy Insider Threat Program activities.
  • Attend and participate in government and contractor meetings, providing subject matter expertise.
  • Provide administrative support for insider threat-related meetings and technical conferences.
  • Support the development, implementation, and assessment of the Navy random polygraph program.
  • Develop integrated training products, reports, and analytic mission support products.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the government customer to discuss planned and ongoing tasks.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Active TS/SCI 
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated experience with online graphic design platform Canva.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Administrative skills in database management, insider threat policy development, systems engineering, project management, and Insider Threat operations.
  • Certification in an Insider Threat course, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or Security+ certification.
  • Information Assurance Technical or Information Assurance Management Level III certification.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience supporting the Department of the Navy or Insider Threat programs.
