Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Data Analyst (HRIS) to support the Human Capital Management Office (HCMO), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD (I&S)).

Embark on a transformative journey as a Data Analyst (HRIS) where your expertise will shape the future of Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, modification, and sustainment of DCIPS Performance Appraisal Application (PAA) in tandem with the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

Your responsibilities span from reviewing DCPDS-related activities, executing user acceptance testing, to creating functional user documentation. Champion DCIPS enhancements, analyzing system problems, and initiating resolutions through systematic documentation. Collaborate with financial managers and contracting officers to support ongoing and new developments in DCIPS within DCPDS and Defense Civilian Human Resources Management System (DCHRMS).

Your impact extends to hands-on training sessions, down-domain documentation, and crafting programming requirements for DCIPS elements. Be a driving force in technical support for Compensation Workbench and DCIPS Pay-out Analysis Tool, ensuring seamless functionality for DCIPS personnel.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Ability to confirm functional requirements are translated into system design, integration, user acceptance testing, and resulting implement IT development initiatives
  • Experience in the design and functionality of DCPDS or DCHRMS
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence tools and data analytics

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Program Management experience in a DoD environment is preferred and OUSD (I&S) experience is highly preferred.
