Job Description

Red Gate is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the recruiting function and contribute to developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to source cleared and intel positions within various government agencies. The successful candidate must have a track record of managing highly technical and niche roles, which often require personnel with clearances using creative recruitment strategies through social media, military transition programs, internet job boards, and various job fairs.  

Specific duties include: 

  • Utilizes cleared job boards, networking, ATS, social media, and other recruitment channels to find top talent for each requisition.
  • Utilize professional networks to consistently source, screen, and submit highly cleared candidates through various sourcing techniques, networking, and pipelining strategies. 
  • Builds rapport with candidates and potential candidates through timely and honest communications.
  • Develops and executes effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies, identifies a qualified and diverse candidate pool from which a hiring decision can be made in an expedient and compliant manner.
  • Sources, networks, and actively builds relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates effectively meet hiring needs and supports new business initiatives.
  • Attends recruiting events and performs incumbent captures on customer sites.
  • Adapts to changing business priorities with a focus on accountability, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent work experience AND;
  • 3 or years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
  • A track record of performing exceptionally well against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates.
  • Experience with EEO/OFCCP and dispositioning candidates.
  • Experience recruiting Cleared Intelligence professionals with clearances.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), we use SmartRecruiters.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions (software developers, solutions architects)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills  
  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
  • Experience with proposal efforts and incumbent capture.
