Job Description

  • Analyze SharePoint solutions and improve usability and usage.
  • Develop forms, document libraries and workflows; administer, and support SharePoint with out-of-the-box features and optimize custom solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, graphs, proposals, studies, and correspondence.
  • Work closely with Chief of Staff to develop workflows that address business improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of applications around the core concepts of business process management, workflow management, teamwork, governance, and content management
  • Help to develop software solutions by studying requirements and working closely with stakeholders and IT Management

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Rising juniors or seniors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath a plus.
  • Experience in other O365 apps such as Power BI and Power Automate a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.
