Provide support to DoD, IC, and law enforcement partners through all-source multi-INT fusion analysis, methodology development, and technology innovation. Integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT, leveraging technology and rapid prototyping to illuminate entities and networks of interest, and support both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS. Comprehend and leverage all sources of information, including INTs, open source material, law enforcement data, and other government data or information on a specific topic or target. Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply specialized subject matter expertise and technical skills to guide efforts. Work with supported partners to identify new sources of data to leverage against emerging mission sets. Work with the user community to gather feedback on capabilities to ensure capabilities meet mission requirements and gather insight into capability gaps. Prototype new ideas and new technologies where necessary, including scripting and data analytics, and help to create solutions to drive the next wave of analytic innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with providing direct support to operational organizations, including all-source intelligence analysis for counter human trafficking, counter-narcotics, or counter threats
• Experience in working with VOLTRON, Proton, DataXplorer, Analyst Notebook, Jupiter Notebooks, and intelligence reporting tools, JEMA IC, NGT, MIST, or Attack the Network Tools Suite
• Experience with scripting languages, including Python, R, JavaScript, HTML, VBA, or Shell/BASH
• Experience with exploiting and dissecting large data sets for operational relevance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the previous deployment in direct support of the tactical units
• Experience with training and briefing senior staff on analytic findings, tools, and methodologies
• Experience with using Agile software development methods in a DevOps environment
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitHub or GitLab
• Knowledge of interagency networks, including C2S or GovCloud
• Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 Compliant Certification, including Security+
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
