Red Circle is looking for a driven and fun addition to our super team. Must be organized but adaptable, confident but coachable, and above all, able to get shit done in a brainstorm of ping pong balls, beer, and motivational challenges.

Primary responsibilities:

• Gathering data for clients through industry research, name generation, and strategic grit

• Sourcing in the form of cold calling, following up on referrals, and identifying candidates through social media

• Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system

• Writing job descriptions that people actually enjoy reading because finding the right job is important and we really care about it.

• Scheduling candidate interviews

• Building strong relationships with clients and vendors and other random people around Chicago

• Drinking and having conversations with those people

Position requirements:

• Search/sourcing experience from either retained or contingency recruiting is preferred, but if you’re down and driven, we can train the heck out of you

• Self-aware,self-motivated individual that will take pride when it is their turn to hit the gong

• Highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability

• Ability to write dope emails (or, again, we’ll train you)

• Ability to achieve all tasked listed above with nerf missiles flying through the air

• A strong interest in people development - both self and others
