Having almost doubled in size this year, Fetch is looking to add a Client Development Manager to the to manage our growing portfolio of CPG partners.

Job Description

As Client Development Manager (CDM) at Fetch maintains multiple client relationships and manage development of long-term partnerships. CDM associates will gain first-hand exposure to working cross-functionally within a variety of CPG organizations, understanding core business objectives and finding solutions within our capabilities to address those objectives, and ideating and executing unique brand experiences within our platform that drive awareness to our end-users and increase sales.

The CDM Team serves as the main point of contact and driver of our day-to-day project work. Early on, much time is spent working closely with our sales teams to ensure smooth hand-offs, managing expectations with clients and partners as well as coordinating various third party suppliers to ensure projects are fielded and managed on time and on budget - from kickoff through invoicing.

Responsibilities         

  • Liaise between clients, partners, vendors and internal departments to create a seamless workflow

  • Kickoff and manage day-to-day interactions and projects, which includes branded experiences, data and insights reporting, data integration with partners, and more

  • Keep clients informed with updated reports and ways to optimize programs

  • Become a product and technology expert by learning all facets of Fetch to a high standard to support Sales & Marketing in proposal writing and the creation of marketing materials

  • Mining data to bring insights to customers that helps illustrate value

  • Creating and presenting program results and measurement post program
