The Company is seeking exceptionally talented Engagement Managers and Senior EMs in the Chicago area to advise clients on key strategy, disruption, and investment related issues. Managers are responsible for leading, managing, and delivering client engagements with Fortune 500 companies, investors, and government institutions. Managers lead engagement teams, workplans, and team resource requirements as well as synthesizing team findings in written communications and presenting findings and conclusions to senior client executives and managements. The Company is looking for innovative and experienced leaders focused on maximizing client impact as well as contributing to overall Company capabilities through thought leadership.  

5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a preference for candidates with top-tier strategy consultancy experience.
