Job Description

DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES & TOOLS

You’ll work with HR and IT teams to develop HR processes and solutions while working with modern technologies in a global and diverse environment.

 

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our global HR community, helping colleagues get the most out of our talent systems and translating their needs into solutions.

Following implementation, you'll share your knowledge and deliver training sessions when needed.

 

BUSINESS SUPPORT

You’ll keep our solutions running smoothly by coordinating incidents, maintaining high-quality documentation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Following our project methodology, you'll contribute to enhancement projects across the talent landscape. This includes analysing business requirements, aligning with stakeholders, testing new solutions, facilitating HR training sessions and coordinating go-live activities.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience working with HR processes and HR technology projects in an international environment

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience 

Good understanding of talent-related HR processes

AI project exposure is considered a plus

Fluent English (spoken and written), German is beneficial 

Energized by working with different teams on several topics in parallel with multiple timelines

Strong in communication and building relationships across HR and other Red Bull departments from entry to management level  

Easily adapts to new requirements and brings a curious, solution-oriented mindset

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2509.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
