Company Description

We're looking for an Ecom Marketing Manager based with our Santa Monica team to drive the integration, visibility and commercial performance of Red Bull Energy Wear merchandise across the US market. Acting as the key link between our US and HQ teams, you will identify merchandise integration opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure product launches receive maximum visibility across the Red Bull ecosystem. Success in this role comes from being proactive, commercially driven and able to build a strong network, turning local opportunities into meaningful brand visibility, traffic and revenue.

Job Description

COMMUNICAION, INTEGRATION, AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Act as the primary US contact for Red Bull Energy Wear topics, ensuring close alignment with HQ and project counterparts.

Coordinate US launch and collection plans and communicate local activation plans back to HQ.

Build strong relationships with Red Bull US channel owners to identify opportunities for merchandise integration and support collection and launch activations.

Drive communications integration for Red Bull Shop US across project, network, and country channels.

Ensure all integration activities support Red Bull Shop US visibility, traffic, engagement, and revenue.

EMAIL MARKETING

Own US Shop manual email campaigns aligned with launches, events and commercial priorities through Bloomreach.

Drive traffic, sessions and revenue through manual email communications.

Monitor campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.

Align and collaborate with HQ on overall email planning and execution.

PLATFORM OWNERSHIP AND REPORTING

Achieve and drive US e-commerce revenue targets and commercial objectives.

Monitor key KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sell-through and campaign performance.

Identify growth opportunities and develop recommendations to improve business performance.

Develop and manage forecasting, launch planning and commercial decision-making through data-driven insights.

Partner with HQ teams to continuously improve the customer journey and commercial effectiveness across the US market.

Manage the US Shopify platform, including product launch execution, merchandising, and ongoing platform optimization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, partnerships, brand activation or a comparable commercial role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns and launches.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and digital performance drivers.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 to $128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
