The Program is designed to take place in a specific team within our Marketing Department. You can dive in below for more insights into the available positions within the department. We’ll ask you about your preferred area for your graduate program during the course of your application; however, we may recommend you for a different department.
The Marketing Graduate will help deliver the Marketing strategy and key priorities, while supporting initiatives that strengthen our brand health with consumers and build the relevance of our product.
This role will work across a range of sub-departments, supporting teams to deliver the business plan in a truly local way. It will involve helping to organise and coordinate teams across a variety of projects, with strong collaboration with the Field and Student Marketing teams.
The role will also support the strong execution of communications activity across events and projects, helping to amplify consumer-facing initiatives, athlete stories, creator opportunities, and key tentpole moments.
Job Description
GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Support the Project Lead on Global Student projects, helping to coordinate a range of tasks, branding plans, and overall execution with the Field Marketing team.
- Work closely with Field Marketing Specialists on their activation plans, helping to identify strong best practices and develop them into national activation strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support event activation across Media Network, Brand, and Sales teams.
- Support the team in developing creative ideas for Product Launches and sharing these with the Field team.
- Attend Product WIPs and support reporting throughout the process.
TOOLS AND VISIT
- Support the wider Marketing team with visibility items used at events across the country.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new Student Marketing and Field tools.
- Help manage the budget and track tool spend and distribution.
COMMUNICATIONS, EVENTS AND ATHLETE SUPPORT
- Support the planning and execution of communications activity for key tentpole events in Australia.
- Prepare event communications materials, including media alerts, press releases, run sheets, briefing documents, FAQs, and post-event reports.
- Support communications activity that showcases Red Bull athletes, bringing their stories, achievements, and personalities to life.
- Contribute to the development of athlete story angles, media bios, interview preparation documents, Q&As, and briefing materials.
- Assist with the development of briefing notes, meeting notes, campaign summaries, media materials, and internal status documents.
CONTENT AND STORY GENERATION
- Help translate Red Bull projects into compelling editorial angles for Australian media, consumers, and communities.
- Support in drafting communications materials, including pitches, press releases, media alerts, briefing notes, talent bios, event summaries, and wrap reports.
Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business, and you're able to work full time by January 2027.
You may have developed prior work experience through internships or other positions, and your pursuits are consistently driven by passion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in storytelling, media relations, and consumer-facing content.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" attitude when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our Graduate Program in Australia, along with long-term working rights (permanent residency or AU/NZ citizenship).
