The Regional Logistics Manager ensures the successful implementation of logistics initiatives across a designated region, connecting Global Operations with Red Bull subsidiaries and Distribution Partners. Acting as the regional logistics expert, you'll drive end-to-end logistics excellence, optimize supply chain processes, and support the implementation of logistics strategies that enhance service, efficiency, and sustainability.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Global Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, IT, Quality, Finance, and local Operations teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions from production through to the final customer.
Job Description
END-TO-END LOGISTICS EXCELLENCE
You'll ensure efficient and reliable logistics flows across the region, supporting the implementation of global logistics initiatives and standards while connecting Headquarters with local markets and Distribution Partners. By maintaining an end-to-end perspective, you'll help deliver stable, high-performing logistics operations across multiple legal entities.
REGIONAL PROJECTS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
You'll lead and support strategic logistics projects across the region, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational performance. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you'll drive change initiatives that strengthen logistics capabilities and support long-term business growth.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Acting as the key logistics partner within the Regional Operations team, you'll build strong relationships with Area Operations Managers, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, IT, Quality, and external logistics providers. You'll establish regular touchpoints with local markets, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration across the supply chain.
LOGISTICS NETWORK & 3PL MANAGEMENT
You'll support the evaluation and continuous improvement of logistics networks, warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics providers. By analysing current logistics setups and identifying improvement opportunities, you'll help establish efficient, scalable, and standardized logistics solutions across the region.
PERFORMANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Using data and operational insights, you'll monitor logistics performance, identify opportunities to improve service levels and cost efficiency, and recommend process enhancements. You'll contribute to the implementation of best practices and ensure global logistics standards are consistently applied across the region.
SUSTAINABILITY
You'll support the transition towards more sustainable logistics operations by contributing to initiatives that reduce environmental impact and strengthen Red Bull's journey towards a net-zero distribution network.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, ideally within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience managing regional or international logistics operations and complex end-to-end supply chains.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional logistics initiatives.
Experience driving process improvements, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, distribution networks, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and translate data into actionable improvements.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with SAP ERP (R/3 or S/4) is considered an advantage.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3.560,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
