We’re looking for a highly ambitious Editor & Social Media Content Creative to join our team. You’ll turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social media content and develop new formats from scratch that capture attention and build relevance across platforms.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of how our brand shows up online. You’ll experiment constantly with ideas, angles, and storytelling, working hands-on to shape content that performs, resonates, and grows with the right audience.

Job Description

Content Creation & Editing

You transform existing footage, photos, and assets into high-performing short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and carousels. You own the full editing workflow - from cutting and pacing to sound design, captions/subtitles, color grading, and motion graphics.

 

Format Development & Creative Ideation

You develop and pitch original content formats and series, combining trend insights, platform best practices, and audience understanding to continuously create fresh and relevant ideas for our channels.

 

Trend Awareness & Proactive Inspiration

You stay constantly on top of platform trends, sounds, and emerging formats, proactively bringing new ideas into the team. Your goal is to keep our content culturally relevant and ahead of the curve.

 

Collaboration & Performance

You work closely with the broader marketing and content team to align output with campaign and brand objectives. Together with the Growth Manager, you analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.

 

Content Operations & Experimentation

You organize and maintain our content and asset library for efficient reuse. At the same time, you continuously test new approaches, learn fast from results, and foster a mindset of rapid experimentation - no format is ever truly final.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in video and content editing, including internships, freelance work, or personal projects, with a strong ability to independently produce engaging short-form content.

Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software, with a solid understanding of editing workflows, transitions, and platform-native formats.

Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with the ability to identify and apply what drives reach, retention, and engagement.

A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, combined with the ability to turn raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping narratives.

Creative, trend-aware thinker who actively consumes content across platforms, continuously identifies emerging formats, and translates those insights into fresh, high-performing ideas.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
