Company Description

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives that increase network efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and optimize service delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional project implementations, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders across Market Teams, the RBDC Support Team, Routing, Business Intelligence, Field Support, and RBNA partners. This individual will play a critical role in developing scalable processes and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance across the organization.

Job Description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.

Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Measure project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION

Provide consistent and transparent project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Work closely with the National Routing Manager and National Productivity Engineer to ensure alignment across RBDC.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & OPTIMIZATION

Identify, develop, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and support scalability.

Centralize and coordinate new system enhancements and process changes.

Ensure that tools, systems, and workflows are optimized and sustainable.

Maintain and improve existing routing solutions within the systems.

DATA SYSTEMS COLLABORATION

Collaborate with the IT department on technical development and system enhancements.

Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of routing data.

Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes

TEAM COLLABORATION

Work collaboratively with members of the Routing team to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Support cross-functional initiatives involving Merchandising, Business Intelligence, and Field Support.

Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

At least three years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and clearly communicate findings

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data visualization principles

Ability to balance strategic, big-picture thinking with close attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Demonstrated passion for process improvement and automation

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in a related field

Experience working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, SAP, Power Query, or Microsoft Access

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Familiarity with routing, logistics, or supply chain operations

Physical Requirements

Regular use of hands for handling, typing, and reaching

Frequent sitting and occasional walking

Occasional standing, bending, kneeling, or crouching

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
