Red Bull Sales teams are all about making sure that whenever consumers want a Red Bull can, it is always close at hand regardless of where they stand across the globe. They do this via our two channel-oriented sales teams:  Off Premise and On Premise.

Musketeers have always contributed to volume and are the ones who build the path and spark the creation of like‑minded spirits in the On Premise world (bars, restaurants, events, and clubs). As the face of the brand and essential consultants in the On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving current and future sales of our portfolio products and for strengthening our brand image in the On Premise channel.

Job Description

THE RED BULL AMBASSADOR

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and strategic partners (including but not limited to bar staff, distributors, promoters, agencies, etc.).
  • Build affinity for and understanding of the Red Bull brand and its products within your network.
  • Be credible, reliable, and the expert face of Red Bull in the On Premise environment.
  • Deliver premium brand excellence for Red Bull in all activities and executions.

THE TERRITORY ENTREPRENEUR

  • Know your territory like the back of your hand.
  • Follow company strategies and create innovative measures to achieve your objectives.
  • Be an expert in the On Premise universe by leading in industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
  • Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (other departments) and external stakeholders (distribution partners, wholesalers, beverage industry) committed to driving business success.
  • Deliver premium execution and create added value to enhance Red Bull’s image and increase consumption at events (Red Bull events, third‑party parties such as gastronomy events and festivals).

THE INDISPENSABLE CONSULTANT

  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements that add value both to Red Bull and to the customer’s business.
  • Drive communication, sales, and marketing skills to keep Red Bull in the number‑one position in the On Premise.
  • Activate and grow the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions where Red Bull (brand and product) should be present.
  • Translate market insights into impactful programs that increase sales and strengthen the Red Bull brand.
  • Measure success through tracking, analysis, and reporting on performance, growth areas, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Preferably experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Previous experience in nightlife or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of the On Premise market and industry (preferred).
  • Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
  • Self‑motivation and ability to work independently with high energy, at a fast pace, and with strong awareness of the environment.
  • Commercially strategic and innovative (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills (sales and consumer analysis).
  • “Street smarts”: being aware of what is happening on the streets and understanding different groups of people. Ability to adapt communication style, presentation, and professionalism according to different audiences and situations.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
  • Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office.
